Hello,
I am tired of all the calls my family receives on our cellphones from callers who block their phone numbers. We have a service on our landline to block those types of calls but according to SprintPCS, that type of feature is not avialable on any cellphone or from any cellular service.
I have to believe that at least one cell provider or cell manufacturer has the capability to block incoming calls that do not allow their caller ID to come through.
Any ideas for me?
Thanks so much!

The way mine is set is if the number is not stored in my phone book it goes straight to voicemail.

Thanks for your reply.
Interesting. That makes sense for the phone to have that feature. Mine, of course, does not but I will be replacing it in the not too distant future so I will have to inquire at that time. Still, I wish that the cellular company (SprintPCS for me for now) would offer that feature.

Set Ringer Type to None for all calls without Caller ID. That way you won't hear the phone ring and won't have to bother answering it.
The None feature is also helpful if you get crank calls from a specific phone # . Put that # in your phone book and set Ringer Type to None so you are bothered with calls from the crank.
