Don't know if this is neccesarily the right forum, but I've no idea where to go.
I've got TracFone. It's all I can do for a cell phone at the moment, 'cause I can't consistently pay for a phone bill every month. As you've probably guessed, it's prepaid. BUT, it's almost as bad as a phone bill, 'cause I have to add minutes every two months, or else my phone gets deactivated. I've had it happen before, and I just went to the TracFone site and reactivated my phone.
I've done it again. I tried going to the site, but I can only get to the step where it says "You are about to reactivate your phone. You may be instructed one or more codes into your phone". Once I click "Continue" I get an error message telling me to try again later. I figured it may be something with my computer, so I asked my friend to try for me, and she got the same thing. She suggested maybe it was just the site having problems. So I tried a few more times this morning, with no luck.
Anyone know what could be the problem and how to fix it?
Thanks for any help.
