I currently live in Japan and I am going to be in the U.S. for about four weeks in August. I have a Japanese cell phone, but using it in the States is expensive -- over a buck a minute. I'd like to find a cell phone that I can use just for four weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Go for prepaids. They are really cheap compare to plans. Might be just what you need for your stay in the US.
