Just bought a Treo 650 and really like it so far.
What would be a good way to get all my phone #'s (350+ of them) off my Nokia 6230 and onto my Treo 650?
The Nokia 6230 has a GSM card, but I have phone numbers in both phone and card memory.
I have backed up my Nokia using the Nokia PC Suite.
How do I get over the river and through the woods to getting all that into my Treo?

It should have been done for you at the Cingular store (I am assuming that's where you bought the Treo). They have the equipment to do that there. Otherwise I don't know how else it could be done.

How to
1. On your 6230 go to your contacts, then to "Copy"
2. Choose the option "From phone to SIM card" then "All"
3. Place your SIM card into your 650 then go to your contacts.
4. Press the "Menu" button then choose "Import from SIM"
Let me know if this solves your problem

The contacts on my SIM card transferred
The contacts in my Nokia phone memory did not
It was a total of 528 phone #'s
Thankfully, most were on my SIM card.
