News: HTC Evo 3D now on pre-order in the UK

Seems like a lot of phones are now on pre-order and the HTC Evo 3D is no different for the UK. For those looking for an Android handset, or more specifically the HTC Evo 3D, that is SIM-free and unlocked, Play.com can hook you up.

Pre-orders for the HTC Evo 3D at Play.com will cost you £499.99, with free delivery and will begin to ship the smartphone out on September 5.

Three UK customers can, however, pick up the handset for a lot less if they opt in on a contract. Mobile Phones Direct is a third party retailer that will allow you to pre-order the HTC Evo 3D with either Vodafone or T-Mobile.

A plan of least £33.5 per month with Vodafone will get you 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 500MB of data each month. T-Mobile's best plan that they have to offer is a plan of at least £40.85 per month which will get you the phone for free. A plan of £35.74 per month which will get you the smartphone for £5 and you will get 1200 minutes, 500 texts, and unlimited data.

You can expect to wait at least 59 days from time of shipping to receive your HTC Evo 3D when you order through Mobile Phones Direct.
