View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. From the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Call logs”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details about it
  4. To reset the call log, press “Menu” > “Clear all” > “Yes”

Block Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Tap “Settings” and access the “General” tab
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  4. Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To block calls from a contact: tap the contact > “Done”
    • To block calls from a call log entry: tap it and press “Done”
    • To block a phone number: enter it and press “Save”

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from” and press the “trash can” icon
  4. Tap the phone numbers you want to unblock
  5. Press “Delete” and tap “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open the “Messaging” app
  2. Select the message (thread) you received from the number you wish to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam number”
  4. Choose whether you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  5. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings”
  4. Go to “Spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon
  6. Touch the phone numbers you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Access the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Swipe to “Incoming Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can tap “Contacts” and select a phone number from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Call” in the phone’s “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
  3. Under “Forward if”, choose to forward when “Busy”, “Unreachable” or “Unanswered”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to if necessary, or select one from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Update”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. On the home screen tap “Apps” > “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn off”
