Forward Incoming Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. If necessary, go to the “General” tab
  4. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select from “Contacts”
  6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Incoming call”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm

Block Calls:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  3. Select “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and press “Save”
    • To block a call log entry: select the desired entry and tap “Done”
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call reject”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number(s) you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Register spam number”
  5. Select if you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  6. Tap “Yes”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
  3. Tap “Spam settings”
  4. Go to “Spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
