Sync iPhone Contacts With Google Through iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with an active Internet connection to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the LG device.

  1. Open iTunes on the PC
  2. Connect the iPhone to the computer using the Lightning cable
  3. Click the iPhone in iTunes
  4. Access “Info” and turn on “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Choose “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  6. Sign in with your Google account, or alternatively you can click “Configure” and select an existing account if available
  7. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  8. Once done, register the same Google account on the LG device and allow it to sync contacts with your phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the computer and follow one of these steps:
    • Use the Internet browser to import the vCard via “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the LG Stylo 2 V to your computer via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage, and import it to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can also transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Open the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Once the backup file is done, tap “Email”
  4. Ensure the vCard is attached to the email and send it to your own address
  5. Switch to the LG device and open the email
  6. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import it

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use, on iOS and Android is Send Anywhere. It uses a p2p connection to transfer contacts cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

  1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Install the app on the LG Stylo 2V from the Google Play Store
  3. Launch the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the contacts you want to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, select a transfer method, such as “Receive” on the LG device or “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, then follow the on-screen steps to complete the process
