I'm a newbie. I have a problem with transfering mp3 music to my cellphone with the Motorola phone tools program. I had it for 6 months and for some reason when I tried transfering music to my razr v3, it prompt "unable to connect to the mobile phone" ...it's frustrating because my family member also have a razr v3, and I transfered mp3 files to it and it worked just fine. It seems like my cell phone has a problem..and I don't know how to fix it. Can anybody help me? thanks!!
