subsidy code for motorola v551

Hi, is there any one who could tell me what my subsidy password is for my motorola v551? The IMEI for the cell phone is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and it is on Rogers network. Called Rogers and they said that they do not have it, and I have to find a company that does it. From where I live, it is a small place that has no company that does it, I have no idea which company does it. Called Motorola as Rogers first suggested it, of course that was no help. Could somebody help me with this? Thank you guys very much.
