Nextel i730 question

Hi all... I just bought an i730 yesterday. According to their site, this phone supports digital ringtones.

I have a couple questions with regards to this:

1) Is there a program that I can download that will let me make my OWN ringtones from mp3s that I have?

2) Where can I go to get digital ringtones for this phone?

3) Is there any way to take a picture of my own and convert it into a background picture on this phone?
