Lumia 620 video not playing

Hi what do I do when the video I sent to my Nokia Lumia 620 phone still using Amber update doesn't open and writes c00d36c4? Please assist me

This error is related to the codec not working correctly. Did you update to wp8?

But I don't believe the issue has been solved. I would try transferring the video to your computer and see if it will play there.
