How to get tones and pics to your Nokia Phone using wap! Most Nokia's should work with these instructions!

1-Make sure your phone is set up to use wap! Ring you operator if your not sure!

2-Register some webspace if you dont have any already! Geocities is the easiest IMO, Head to Yahoo! GeoCities: Get a web site with easy-to-use site building tools. to regitser!

3-When you have that done,upload your tones or pics to your webspace.

4-Connect straight to the file using your phones wap browser!
"Menu > Services > Goto Address"
For tones it would be Yahoo! GeoCities: Get a web site with easy-to-use site building tools.username/file.mid

And for pics the same as above except change the address to file.jpg/gif

"file" being the name of the tone or pic

5-Follow the instructions on your phone to save the tone or pic!

6-Done!

Downloaded ringtones acc for Nokia 6650. Works on email etc but not on ringtones. How do I add it to ringtones for the cell phone?

I have seen though many forums, that people need answer abut PC suit update..
