Just got my d600 but need a sim card!

Hey guys im new to this forum and i don't no much about sim card. Basically wat i want is to get my d600 on t-mobile, now ive seen t-mobile blank cards online for $15 would they work? is everything that i need to set up a number wit t-mobile in included? here is a link to the 1 im planning on getting:
