Pix Msg Samsung ACH 670

I'm trying to get a picture from my computer onto my phone. The picture originally came from a phone which was sent to my computer. I sent the picture by email (@vzwpix.com) and i received it. but when i retrieve it, it gets to 99% and fails.

Any ideas as to why?

I also received a pix message from my friend. but it doesn't prompt me to retrieve and when I go to "save picture" it says it saved, but it's not in my gallery. Where did it go?

check what type of pic it is and if ur phone supports that type of pic. if you have a usb cable you can always connect it to you phone & computer and manually transfer pics
