Android Contacts stores emails sent/received log and links- How clear?? S6

Noticed when I go into contacts that I can see when the last text message, call and EMAIL was sent/received

Tried privacy eraser app and that cleared all BUT NOT the email that was sent or received.

Now if I click on the email sent or received, it actually shows the email even if that email was deleted from my server (Yahoo).

Ideas on a program to clear such data from the phone contacts??
