I got a phone call from an 866 number. The guy asked for my address, which I gave to him (stupidly). Then he asked for my birthday. I asked him what was this for and he said "a bill". I then reluctantly gave my birthday. He proceeded to ask for the last 4 of my SSN, and at that point I said no and ended the call. Is giving out my address and birthday enough to be at risk for any type of fraud?

You'd be amazed at what just the birth date can do. I'd suggest adding a fraud flag onto your credit reports. It will make it harder for someone else to get credit in your name if that's what they're trying to do. You have to call each one individually and I think they last for 1-2 years.

    Thanks,
