Me and a couple of other Moderators have decided to create this thread to allow the discussion of customer service between forum users. The sole aim of the thread will be to help portray the quality of customer service our members have experienced and in turn, to give newcomers to the Sony Ericsson brand a rough idea of the customer service they can expect to recieve.

Re: Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences.....
Sony Ericsson has switched to a new call centre and the service level is amazing, granted I have only used it three times but no rude agents and they know their &**^. Overall a positive expirence.

Re: Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences.....
I've only actually had to call them once, but it was a pleasant experience.
I just needed to get them to set up my unlocked Sony Ericsson phone with Rogers Wireless so I can use the mobile browsing and etc)
Although both parties didn't seem to know too much of what they're talking about, as they were sending me back and forth but the agents I came across were all very nice and patient.

My experience was pretty good.
Hey couple of days ago I had some problems with my SE K850i, the flash was not working, I took it to my nearest customer care location, they were really helpful. I'll say that, Sony Ericsson's customer care is actually on of the best in this world. I really enjoyed talking to the rep in Sony Ericsson.
They asked me to leave the phone over there because they needed to send it to their technical section, they promised me that it would be fixed with in 7 Business days.
I went back after 7 Days and took my phone, everything was completely fine with the phone after I got it back, I was really happy because at that time I really loved the K850i.

Re: My experience was pretty good.
If you are trying to reach SE for technical support in North America, call them at 1-800-ERICSSON (1-800-374-2776). Hours are:
Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 9:00pm EST
Sony Ericsson doesn't maintain localized service points here like they do in other regions. If you need service on your phone, you'll have to send it to their facility in Minnesota. To obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, call them at 1-651-229-5862. Hours are:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 8:00pm CST
One suggestion, before you send your phone in keep back up of any personal data.

Re: Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences.....
damn, i still use SE k750! very useful and versatile phone, i upgraded a lot of things etc,and i even create the drafts for my beats using the program "Vibe" so i can export them as a midi file, then go to the studio and drop it on the sequencer and i have 60% of the job done. it's great, especially when u ain't got time to be in the studio all the time, or u can't take a laptop with u, very useful phone, i would rate it as 10/10.
oh and by the way, i forgot to mention that i have never experienced serious technical problems with my SE phones.Last edited by MurattiG; 10-10-2009 at 06:30 PM. Reason: Auto-merged Double post
