Data Backup
Backing Up App Data:
- Tap the "Apps" icon while on the home screen
- Access the phone's "Settings" menu
- Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
- Mark the check box next to "Backup my data"
- Tap "Backup account" and then select an account from the list. NOTE: if no account is found, you can tap "Add account" and follow the on-screen instructions to add one
Backing Up Your Contacts on the SIM Card:
- Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
- Access the "Contacts" tab
- Press "Menu" and tap "Back up contacts"
- Tap "SIM card" and select the contacts you wish to back up. NOTE: you can also tap "Mark all"
- Tap "Back up" and then choose to "Replace all contacts" or "Add contacts"
- If necessary, press "OK" to confirm
Backing Up Contacts on the SD Card:
- Launch the "Phone" app and go to the "Contacts" tab
- Press "Menu" > "Back up contacts"
- Select "SD card" and confirm by tapping "OK"
Backing Up Media Files on the SD Card:
- Tap "Apps" while on the home screen
- Go to "Settings"
- Tap "Storage" and select to "Transfer data to SD card"
Backing UP Media Files on a Windows Computer:
- Use the USB cable to connect the Sony Xperia C3 to your computer
- On the PC, click to browse the phone's files / folders from the AutoPlay window
- Go to the "Internal storage" folder
- Browse for the desired media files, and copy them
- Navigate to the desired backup location on your computer
- Paste the files in the backup location
- Once the transfer is complete, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon from the system tray
- Lastly, click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
- You can now safely disconnect your smartphone
Restoring Data
Restoring Apps:
- Tap "Apps" from the home screen
- Go to "Settings" and tap "Backup & reset" under "Personal"
- Tap "Backup account" and choose an account. NOTE: you can add an account by tapping "Add account"
- Mark the check box next to "Automatic restore"
- Your apps will now be restored
Restoring Contacts from the SIM Card:
- Launch the "Phone" app
- Access the "Contacts" tab
- Press "Menu" > "Import contacts"
- Choose to import contacts from the SIM card
- Mark the desired contacts, or tap "Import all"
Restoring Contacts Stored on the SD Card:
- Open the "Phone" app
- Go to the "Contacts" tab and press "Menu"
- Tap "import contacts" > "SD card"
- Select the vCard file you wish to import and tap "OK"
Restoring Media Files Stored on a Windows PC:
- Establish a connection between your Sony Xperia C3 and computer via USB
- In the AutoPlay window on the PC, click to browse the phone's files / folders
- Open the "Internal storage" directory
- Launch a second Windows Explorer window and locate the files backed up on your PC's hard drive
- Copy the files, and paste them in the desired folder located in the "Internal storage" directory
- Once the files have been transferred, click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon located in the system tray
- Next, click "Safely Remove Mass Storage Device" and confirm with "OK"
- You can now disconnect your smartphone

I don't think so that latest sony mobile phones can be backed up like this way...
