Combien de temps au port ?

For Christmas I got a T-Mobile to go prepaid phone. I activated it with a new number, called T-mobile to port my old number over to it (from Virgin Mobile). They said 24-48 hours, I would recieve a text message to confrim the switch. Well its been well over 48 hours, and ive gotten nothing. Is there something else I need to do, or do I just have to be patient? If I go to Portage: Transfert de votre numéro de téléphone sans fil pour T-Mobile et entrer mon numéro de là, il ne dit qu'il est en train d'être porté plus. Je viens de ne vois pas pourquoi il faudrait aussi longtemps. Toute aide serait appréciée.

Mais je peux vous dire ceci, vous ne pouvez le numéro de port d'un contrat de téléphonie transporteur à un autre téléphone contrat transporteur. Vous pouvez également aller de téléphone prépayées pour téléphoner contrat. Mais vous ne pouvez pas passer d'un téléphone à un contrat de téléphone prépayées. Comme pour le téléphone prépayées à un autre téléphone prépayées, je ne suis pas sûr.

Aussi lorsque vous passez à un autre transporteur, vous devez vous assurer que votre compte est toujours actif non annulée.

Most wireless ports are completed in less than 24 hours, if it has been longer, you can call Customer Care to check the status of your port request. It might be possible that there is more info needed to complete the port, but only CC will know for sure. In any case, it will alert them of the problem and help get things into motion.
