If I buy a Rogers Lumia 920 or HTC 8X and get an unlock code, will it work at full speed (LTE) and full feature support on the TELUS Mobility network?

I would like to have more choice than just the Samsung Ativ S for phone hardware, and I am not eligible for much of an upgrade discount so I will be paying full price for a phone either way.
