First of all I'm very ignorant about smart phones. I've been using Virgin Prepaid for several years and it suits my needs very well. I only use it for voice, as I have no need for data. Recently a friend showed me her Android smart phone and it had several pda type apps on it that didn't require access to the internet. As I understand it I can download apps from my home internet for smart phones. I would like to buy an unlocked smart phone that uses Virgin/Sprint for voice and transfer my existing phone number to it by calling Virgin. I want to keep my same voice only plan. Is this possible?
