Can I get mine or someone else's Facebook and email information off of my windows
Phone without factory reset?

Not Go into settings, then go to email and accounts, should display Facebook,email, or Twitter etc
Press and hold on the account you want gone,it should display sync or delete hit delete and
it's gone in my case it was a Facebook account . Hope this helps.

Do not go into settings, and then visit the email and accounts tab, and it will be able to see Facebook, email, Twitter, or Twitter, etc.Hold and press on the account you want to be deleted, it will display deletion or sync.
