In settings >> About shows that it has Windows 8 installed on it. I went to Nokia Care Center and the Manager said "my phone will automatically receive a notification to update it to Windows 8.1". I have not received any such notification on my phone as yet though my desktop PC is already on Windows 8.1.
I ran Phone Updates but it says my phone is up to date.

I have installed a few Apps like "Win 8.1 Launcher", "WP 8.1 Cyan Update", and "WP 8.1 Update" but they seem to have had no effect on upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 though they are regularly updated as and when updates are available.

My questions are -

Is it too early to expect Windows 8.1 on Nokia Lumia 520?
Is there any need for those Apps like "Win 8.1 Launcher", "WP 8.1 Cyan Update", and WP 8.1 Update"? Should I uninstall them?
Are Nokia Black and Windows 8 someway related? In other words, Windows 8.1 will be available with some other version of Nokia?
