The problem is that in India Xbox is not very well famous. It has very poor marketing, and xboxes over here cost Rs.25000 in the grey market itself, which on an approximate conversion works out to be $555.55US, while internationally it is only $179.99 .
Also, there are not many people who retail Xbox games. PS2 has a better market though as many games are sold at super markets itself, and you can get pirated games for such throw away prices like Rs.40, which is less than even $1US.

Looks like it's really quite costly for u over there,... was thinking maybe u could order it online but the delivery cost's very high....

Wow,.. seen some pirated Ps2 cds in Malaysia but none were close to being as cheap as $1 US,... probably 10 rm(ringet malaysia)

Yeah,... Ps2's much more popular here as well,... though there aren't much pirated games than there are in Malaysia...

My cousin went to malaysia. He once bargained a watch worth about 130rm straight to 35rm. I suppose if you bargain for the CD's too, they might reduce the price

Yep,... it's a drivable distance but as they're 2 different countries with different laws,... they have customs between the causeway,... etc. gum's banned in S'pore....
