newb question

i just purchased a motorola v220 and im attempting to get some games on it. ive read through the forums and so far ive learned that i can d/l nokia s40 games, extract the game rar which leaves me with a .jar (java game), but i want to transfer them to my phone using the usb cable rather than wap. what program can i use to do this? i have moto phone tools, but i suppose thats not going to work.

You will need to download PST along with midway.
And for the games you will need both jar and jad files.

PST is used to unlock the feature of java uploading
and midway sends the file to your phone.
