Soft Keys in Sims 2 Not Working

I recently downloaded the Sims 2 on my cell phone, I have a Samsung, E310, I think. Anyway, the soft keys aren't working on my phone during the game. They work fine the rest of the time, but not during the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem, and so did my sister (who had the same phone). I think for some wierd reason the phone is just not compatible with that game

Hmm. There should have been some warning message or something before downloading it. Could reinstalling it help?
