in other state they have laws against you talking on your cell phone while driving!!! While in California people have been get tickets and paying for them when they do have too not yet !!! the law have not passed so if you receive a ticket fight it in court and you will when it, because there is no law against you talking on you phone while driving at lease not yet , but don't do it unless you have to because it's still not safe!!!

This is true. I have verified it in the City of Long beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, and Westminster, CA.

well then thing is, most likely you will be getting pulled over for wreckless driving not because of using s phone !!!! (my buddy did that)

In Ireland you can't get a ticket for using a phone, nor is it a specific offence but it is an offence for "Driver Unable To Have Proper Control of the Vehicle."
My advice, get a hands free!!Last edited by Ronny; 07-25-2003 at 11:06 AM.

some people are bad enough drivers as it is

Although this is true, you can be sited and fined for hazardous driving. If the officer suspects that your 'use' of the phone is distracting he can write you up.
The same applies if you were putting on your eyeliner in the visor mirror, checking out the cutie on the corner or eating with chopsticks.Blackcat777: Do not cross my path
