hey i've seen tons of free cell phones that you get when you buy a plan but i was wondering if there are any free cell phones that you don't have to buy the plan- its just locked to a certain carrier? thanks, Bobby | ||||||

Pretty much any phone that is free is going to be along with a service plan. The reason you get the phones free is because you be in a contract for however many years you sign up for the service with whatever carrier you choose.
