Phone (NEC515) Cant Read SIM Card (Broken) - Need to get contact list from phone

Hi there, I hope this is the right forum to post this in

Just recently my phone has been telling me it has an "invalid SIM card" and it locks up before I get to the home screen. Is there anyway I can get my contact information off the phone? Ive given up on it working, I just would like to keep my 100s of contacts.

I have a sync cable but it doesnt seem to be working since the phone doesnt fully start up...

Any ideas or am I SOL?

try putting the sim card in another gsm phone.

The problem with that is all my contacts are saved on the phone and not the sim card because I'm dumb like that lol
