Is it true that if a phone has a lot of applications it becomes slow and freezes a lot too?
Cuz I have a lot of things in my phone but I dont know if it slows down because of the application or because a defect in the phone.

The applications can make your phone slow. That's because you are using too much memory.

I have a Siemens SX66 and haven't had any problems with slowness. The phone gives you 128MB for programs, plus a SD slot (I bought 1 GB for MP3s, backups, et). I keep my main executables on the 128, have a crapload of programs and still have about 40MB free, and it hasn't slowed down at all. It's 400Mhz processor is suprisingly quick too.

I will admit it doesn't like high-cpu multi-tasking though (bluetooth headset while browing internet and getting mail while playing mp3s will sometimes get a touch jumpy). Then again I can't really think of a phone that does handle that kind of workload well.

You don't have any problems because of all the memory your phone has. But my memory is limited. It's like 3 mb. And it can be a pain when you want to download app. and you don't have space.
