I have a Motorola i90c through Nextel, and will be switching to Verizon and an LG VX6100 (probably)...short of going name by name, is there a way I can swap my phonebook into my new phone? Something like uploading it to my computer then downloading it into the new phone or something? Probably not that simple...

I don't know how you can swap your phonebook from one phone to another with a cable. But you can ask Verizon to transfer all of your numbers to your new phone. I guess they'll charge you for that.
Thats what I do when I change phones.
I love my cellys

I don't know if if it works with Motorola and LG but if I insert my nokia 3200's sim into my siemens SL55, a message pops up saying; "would you like to copy all numbers to phone book?" It works too!
