This is probably a dumb question.
I want to switch from Cingular to Verizon because I can get a good deal through my Employee program at work. I have 3 months left on my two year contract with Cingular. Any chance the termination fee could be waived or prorated if I switch carriers now? Also, is the termination fee per phone or per account?
I'm in Massachusetts.
Thanks
Ed

Cingular will not prorate your ETF, if that was the case everyone would be cancelling early, as far as the ETF fee goes, that would be per line not per account.
