    Hey guys, new here...got a quick question for you guys....Im looking for a new cell phone, and i get some pretty cheap ones down in mexico...would it work with AT&T or no? Is it just a matter of flashing it and unlocking it? If so how hard is this to do and what would i need?

    The v3 is a quad band phone, once unlocked it will work on any gsm carrier. Yes it will work with AT&T.
