1900 numbers from a cell

Hi, I own a small company and for employees to access certain 24/7 features it is necessary to dial a 1900 from a company phone. To make things easier for my employees, Im trying to make it available through our company cell phones so it can be accessed on the fly. However, for some reason cell phones dont allow 1900 numbers and the provider I deal with for my corporate phones cant help me. I was hoping someone out there that might know of some kind of tweak I can do to the cell phone itself to allow it to reach a 1900 number or is it strictly a provider side thing that doesnt allow it? It would be on any cell phone since I still have the opportunity to switch phones if necessary. If anyone can help me or knows more about 1900 numbers and cell phones, your help would be GREATLY appreciated. Its not easy out there for small business owners Thanks in advance.

Josh R.
