Hands free devices- anyone use Fonefree?

Thinking of buying Fone free for when I use my cell phone in my car. Anyone use this "as seen on tv" device? How is it? Is it worth it? If it's junk, what is a good low cost alternative? (If this is in wrong forum, I'll move it.)
