I will be moving to Montreal at the end of February and will need to get a new cell phone. I am looking for something that is inexpensive and really need to make and receive calls. I am in the US and would like to get an idea of what is available before I get up there. French or English. Thanks all,

all u.s. phone will work in canada specially if you getting the unlock phone.
check the frequency of the phone that you buying, if they are 1900Mhz frequency your not gonna have a problem. as i said get the unlock phone.
