I have an LG 6200 with Bell Mobility and it doesnt come with a cable. I have the family plan and unfortunately my phone doesnt have WAP. So without a cable or WAP can I download anything [i.e ringtones, wallpapers, screen savers etc.] ?

while I am unfamiliar with your phone and carrier... can you email an attachment to yourself?

Uhm, I dont think so, considering that the phone doesnt have Internet Connection. Is there some sort of way to text message a phone from the internet and attatch a ringtone to it?

Without internet access, you wouldn't be able to download anything without a cable. I checked eBay for your phone since I'm not familiar and only found 1 cable for it, but it's pretty cheap. Search eBay for item #5846827282. As far as I know, you can't attach a ringtone to a simple text message.
