Improving cell phone reception

Hello all. Not sure if this is the right section, but I'm moving back to an area of town where my cell phone doesn't really have reception. When it does, it's in roam and fades in and out badly. I have Sprint and the reception is great pretty much everywhere except around and in this house. I have the latest reprogram from Sprint.

I also run my business from the phone, so I really can't afford to miss any calls.

Is there anything I can put on the house to boost the signal? An antenna or something?

Thanks

The easiest way is to just forward your calls to your landline. Then you wont mis any calls. They do have external antennas but you will probably find them inconvenient or expensive. Or port your business cell provider to another company that gives you better reception, assuming you arn't stuck with a early termination fee from sprint.

Or port the existing # to your landline at your home.

By the way, the latest reprogram only updates the roaming partner list. It has nothing to do with individual towers in your area, unless Sprint recently signed a new roaming agreement with a company that offers service in your area also serviced by sprint. In other words, highly unlikely.
