I'm a complete newbie to cell phones. I may be looking to buy one for casual use. I'm looking to go for a pay-as-you-go plan since I'll be using it very rarely (mostly just quick 2 minute calls a few nights a week). I'm looking for an afford able cell phone and a plan that doesn't have fees. I just want to buy minutes, not pay monthly fees, etc. Also, I live in Ontario, Canada (in a rural town near Ottawa) and I'm looking for something with decent reception in that area. Any ideas on cell phones/plans for me?
