Where do you live? I tried googling those phones, and the Samsung can be purchased from a UK website but I'm not sure if they ship overseas. The LG however, well I didn't find much on that one, unless you can read Korean and Chinese.

PS, I couldn't find much info on these phones, but if you are looking to buy, make sure the phone is compatible with the service in your area/country.
