ok I have this hello kitty okwap a236. I bought it for my girlfriend and it worked just fine for about a week, one day her phone died and she charged it back up and then all the phone said was Emergency Only, she could only receive calls and texts but she couldnt call out or text out. i tried using the phone code to try to use the master reset and the phone code doesnt even work i have the instructions here with me with the phone code but it doesnt work. i noticed that there was a supercode, but I am not sure what that is nor do i know what the supercode is. I need some help please if anyone can help me out with this that would so so so great. I need to know how i can get this phone back to working the way it was before the phone died. the phone code is suppose to be 1234 and it doesnt work. Please anything would help. Thanks

flip boy if it was working and its not working anymore, most likely shes just using the wrong frequency. what does your gf use for her service providor? t-mobile? she wants to set it to gsm 1900. i think cingular uses the same...
