May sound a little strange, but i was wondering if someone has a plan that does not include any minutes but is only a text messaging plan, anyone familiar with this or a device that solely acts as a messenger? ... and if you know the rates that'd be helpful as well

What you can do is get hooked up to pay as you go and alot of the providers alow free text messaging if you have a minimalbalance. All you need to fo is get the right plan and have a minum of like .25Cents on teh balance and text as much as you want. I know Rogers provides this.
