Greetings everyone...

Last week my last nerve was reached with Sprint and their poor service and signal quality in my area. Soooo....I went into Alltel, ported over both my number and my wifes number, and signed up for Alltel service. We both got new hardware too (Blackberry and the new LG AX8600)

So far so good, with one exception. Since the switch, our friends (who are on Sprint) are unable to call us. They get a "service not available" error on their end when trying to call us. Here's the kicker, we can call them no problem, we can even SMS each other, but no incoming calls from them to us. I contacted Alltel (1800 customer service # and in person at the store) and Alltel stated it's a problem with Sprint, and to have our friends contact Sprint to iron it out. So, they called Sprint, and after about 45 mins of fooling around on the phone, Sprint balked and said it must be Alltel's issue.

Now I'm stuck, and the wife's not happy since she talks to her friend nearly 2000 minutes a month (yikes!).

Any ideas on what I should do!!??
