I am looking to buy a PDA phone which has the following features. I have had enough of looking on the internet and getting nowhere. I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me your suggestion.

The main criteria I am looking for:

  • Qwerty keyboard
  • An OK camera
  • GPS
  • Thickness under 20cm
  • Good quality of calls
