I am REALLY getting tired of automated phone support. I just got off a 20 minute call with a customer support hotline and it took me about 10 minutes of that time to get past the automated part. I hate repeating myself over and over to a bot, especially with people around you. Anyone have tips to by-pass that part and go straight to an agent or even just the option to select your answers with numbers? I tried pressing zero and it wasn't accepted.

I am a new user so I can't post links but if your not sure what I mean, go to YouTube and search for "411 takes a beating".

The video describes pretty accurately how I feel.

    Cheers
