Hey I have a question: How to trace a cell phone ?
I have a friend, and she's got a cell phone, and I know her number.. So I'd like to find out where she lives based on her number..
If needed, I can make the search zone very small, about 1km - 2km
Is there any way to do it ? I don't care is it legal or not..
I'd like the way, where u don't have to spend much money, or money at all
PS! There is 1 problem, I live in Estonia.. And her number is like this (Country Cell Code is +372) +372******* so 7 number, with country code 9 and with country code and the plus (+) 10 digits..

If anyone know how to hack into some FBI or NCIS or CIA "tracing zone" (The "thing" where they locate someone's cell) it would be excellent.. Cause I don't care if I get caught with something like that .
