If my computer doesn't have an internet connection, but my phone does, can i download programs to the phone and then send the .exe files to the computer and install the programs? thanks

people said on another forum that it is possible to do this with an android or probably any internet phone as long as the memory card can fit the files.

I don't see a reason why this shouldn't work. there are may ways to transfer files from phone to PC without the need of internet.
