samsung nexus s(not new model) has nice desing, its biger, better battery
se ray - video and photos are better, its small, thin, and batterly life is bad, but its new release


what do you think about his phones?

It's more important to know for what purpose you would to buy the phone.If you want longevity of your mobile then you should to buy Samsung and if you are loving to photography or music and video then you should to buy SE ray.
But i supposed to you you should buy SE ray in my opinion.
