yes there are there are but most of them are in chinese language.

If you are referring to Chinese phones then I guess HTC is one of the good phones made by the Chinese. However, if you are referring to phones made in China then almost all phone manufacturers have products done in China whether it be a full cellphone or parts of the cellphone.
